Todd Nguyen, a cognitive and behavior neuroscience major of Warren College has created Triton Spoon, a space for students to learn how to cook nutritious and delicious recipes with easy-to-find ingredients.  As the pandemic has shown us, home cooking is an important skill to have.  He believes now is the perfect time to learn, and he's happy to teach.  Learn how to make okonomiyaki, a Japanese savory pancake in the video below.
